    Dimitri was delightful to work with. That's why he's the manager: he has excellent problem-solving skills. I appreciate the time he took to understand the issue, the couple of options he offered, and the guidance for the best choice for my situation. He also recommended insurance, knowing it would be helpful if anything went wrong. Many thanks and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Just got my Holbrook XL delivered. Woohoo!! A special shoutout to Kyle for helping me choose this. I visited many other stores including the Vault in Gurnee, but this store stands out - Kyle was really patient and thoughtful in sharing his insights for helping me pick up an Oakley that I needed while driving & casual running. This O was organized by design which made it easier to choose. Highly recommend this store for the best experience!
