- TSTanya SweetNov 13, 20255.0JoAnna at Nordstrom Woodfield, GIVE HER A RAISE! Woodfield has a new policy to lock it's doors at 8pm. My daughter and I got LOCKED inside the mall with NO open doors. This goddess answered the phone (we thought we were given for security) and helped calm us and get security. We did not realize she wasn't with security until toward the end of a 30 minute call AFTER her shift... without her I feel we might have been stuck inside the mall overnight. So grateful for her kindness and assistance. Cannot wait to holiday shop at Nordstroms!

Asked for a store manager to help me and then the call gets disconnected. Worst customer service and selection than any of the surrounding area stores. I can’t stand going into this store to shop there is never a salesperson around in the department you have to walk the whole floor to check out your purchase. It’s like the salespeople scatter like mice. Seriously, the Oakbrook and Old Orchard stores have better selection and better customer service. Been a card member since 1998 considering shredding this card. Do better Woodfield store staff and managers. Unacceptable customer service.

I ordered 4 pieces Allsaints for kids and the guy that delivered the box took 3 pieces out (hoodies) and left 1 item (pants) in. On email it said delivery was done in full. So this means he simply opened the box and took the merchandise. Btw, the box had 2 opening sides and both untapped. You could just open the box, without cutting anything. Never had anything like this happen and would have never expected from Nordstrom that. And who in the world UDS is at all?? Never heard of them before. Followed up with a claim and for my refund after 2 attempts. Also, wanted to reorder my items again but they are at full price now and definitely would never place an order to be delivered again. I’ll pick up instead.. IF I ever would go for Nordstrom items again.
