The manager Sandra went above and beyond making calls and doing things to help me get it back. It was a lot of work and I appreciated her helping me as much as she did.

- RRreeseDec 13, 20251.0Extremely rude and unprofessional workers in the skims section. Nobody wanted to help me or my friend get a fitting room, so I went and tried it on as there was an open room. Nobody had stopped or let me know anything but somehow I was the problem. As I went into the room and tried everything on I showed my friend, still no problems yet. As i’m trying to change back a worker (short, older, brown hair with highlights) and another older customer come trying to open my door! They start yelling and attacking me because she had left her OWN STUFF in the dressing room, which I never even saw. The worker starts saying “my poor customer, I can’t believe this”, complaining as if I had done something wrong when she saw me walk in and didn’t say anything to me or my friend. There was also another lady who didn’t tell either my friend or I anything either. If the door is open and you leave your own stuff in it that’s your own problem, not mine, especIally when i didn’t even see it or mess with it. And the worker never asked if we needed help either, she saw us walk in. Next, they started accusing me of stealing her stuff and was saying to check their bag, which I didn’t even know about but my friend took a video and overheard all of this. The worker and customers continued to talk bad about me even after I apologized and said how I was confused, keep in mind I’m only 16, have never shopped here and never will again after this experience.
