- ASAntonina ShcherbakDec 21, 20251.0Horrible customer service. I’ve came over to pickup on online order. Lady at there register replied with “Huh?” When I said I’ve got a pickup. Not even hello. Then, the guy came over, again not even hello. Brough three different packages until finally found mine. The hoodie that I’ve bought (for $100, not like it matters) was put in tiny bag, all squished inside, I’ve bought it to give as a gift by the way. On my way out security gate went off, I looked back at the guy and he just raised his shoulders confused. So I’ve opened the bag and went to my car. In the car, I’ve started to check the hoodie and found the he safety device attached to it. I went back to the store and told them they forgot to remove it (again, not one person had asked me if they can help or if there is anything wrong). The same guy that gave me my order replied to me “I thought you’ve checked it at the door”. Not one apology for forgetting to remove it or anything relatively close to that. I went there 10 in the morning. Apparently people were already tired but their work by that time
