- HLHJY LimNov 15, 20251.0Worst - they charged me for the exchange. “They made me use their store card anyways and charged me the full price for the exchange” Bought a pair of shoes for my kid by using the Nordstrom card and got 5% off. When we exchanged it for the bigger size on the same day, they charged me for the full price. Because I didn’t have the card with me and I only had a picture of my ID, they couldn’t process the discount so I had to use other card to pay for the exchange. However, the charge on the store card was not canceled. They anyways made me use the store card and make additional payment with other card.

Last week, a younger female employee (white, late teens to 20s, skinny, wearing a white sweatshirt, working around the men’s and women’s fitting rooms) acted extremely unprofessionally, showing a nasty attitude, walking uncomfortably close, and even trying to bump into me as I was shopping. It felt threatening and intentional. She later speed-walked right behind me, so close that I’m certain she was doing it on purpose. We’ve all experienced unfriendly or rude service at times, but I have never in my life felt physically harassed by an employee like this. I wish I could have stayed longer to record her actions, but I had to leave for work. I hope the management at this location takes this matter seriously. It’s really strange and unacceptable for an employee to behave this way toward a customer. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this employee, please share, it might help the store recognize a pattern and take action.
