- CLCristine Grace Lopez1 day ago1.0I was so excited to purchase a gift. While I was looking at an item, the workers began giving me unpleasant looks, as if I couldn’t afford anything in the store. I’ve been a long-time customer and I always shop at this location for special occasions. I finally found the right bag, but suddenly one of the workers threw it into a drawer. I was about to ask for the price and purchase it, but she was extremely rude to me. To be honest, I love this store, but after this experience with such poor customer service, I don’t think I will come back again. I've been long time customer here.

She has very thick accent i barely understood her. She was not nice and trying to kick me out asap. So lazy to return my bag did not even apologize to me for the inconvenience. Really bad customer service. I think she looked down on me since i look younger.
