Racially profiled by this Asian lady and white blonde lady (both are workers) - they thought we stole a stuffed animal (one we purchased at another store) and SNATCHED it from our hands without even asking … even though this is a PURSE store … kept following us and glaring at us after they realized it wasn’t a purse … like you thought we stole a stuffed animal at a purse store? Definitely racial profiling - happened at 4pm, January 3rd …
Worst Sales associate, They are so rude and full of attitude. No knowledge of the products at all. I wish I can give 0 star

I would give zero stars if possible. My wife and I visited this store to buy a bag, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were treated like we were there to steal, with constant stares that made us feel very uncomfortable. This is unacceptable for a brand like Michael Kors. If you value your reputation, please train your staff on proper customer service and respect.

I was so excited to purchase a gift. While I was looking at an item, the workers began giving me unpleasant looks, as if I couldn’t afford anything in the store. I’ve been a long-time customer and I always shop at this location for special occasions. I finally found the right bag, but suddenly one of the workers threw it into a drawer. I was about to ask for the price and purchase it, but she was extremely rude to me.
To be honest, I love this store, but after this experience with such poor customer service, I don’t think I will come back again. I've been long time customer here.

Extremely rude manager in this store!
Hey everyone, just wanted to share my disappointing experience at this location of Michael Kors. Unfortunately, I encountered a very rude manager during my visit. We were surprised at the lack of communication and absolutely no customer service, especially considering the reputation of Michael Kors. We wanted to do a return and while its completely understandable that every location might have limitations when it comes to handling these things, Ryan outright refused to even give a proper explanation and was extremely rude, presumably because he didnt want to go through with the return. Hopefully, the management takes steps to address this issue. We wont be returning to this location. Just wanted to give you all a heads up! 🚫😕
