An employee told me the only bathroom was on the top floor in the exact opposite side of the building I was in. So then I walked around the entirety of the first floor only to find NO escalator going UP, only one going down hidden by some obscure wall. Furthermore, when we initially got to the store we had to walk around all over the place to find the portrait section. Signage here is TERRIBLE. We would have stayed and shopped, but after the bathroom issue we decided not to. Not disabled friendly, not pregnancy friendly, not easy to navigate this store. Put some signs up, and get a second bathroom. Awful. Ok editing to add: We had an appointment and were 10 minutes late. They made us sit on the bench and then let SEVEN walk-ins go ahead of us. Then they told us they would have us shortly in room 2. 40 more minutes later they said they just took their last appointments and were taking no more photos. Then I noticed two of the portrait employees walking around with no shoes on! Disgusting. Truly I beg of all of you reading this, DO NOT go here. Go to literally any other location.
