She then eyeball-sized me up and tried a couple jackets on me. After selecting a color and style, we had to order my "size" online and have it delivered. Upon receiving the jacket, it was a tent in the body and the sleeves were extremely short. I returned it and got my money back. Overall, I was not happy with the service or the final result. I ended up going elsewhere for my new sport jacket. If I can avoid it, I won't go back to DXL.
