Its first silhouette, the 1460 boot - named after the date it was produced - rolled off the production line on 1st April 1960.     The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The GM was so warm and patient, and she made our daughter’s first pair feel extra special. Such a wonderful experience.

    The worst customer service.. They make you wait , do not let you come in just to look at shoes when there are literally 4 people in store..

    I came in with no idea what shoe to buy. The employee Sam helped me find the best shoe for me. Overall a fast and good experience, would recommend.

    Horrible experience. I would never go this store again. The manager was rude to me and would say one thing then do the other, it was very odd. The whole staff is very in your face when I told them I did not need help but would not leave me alone. I tried to return a pair that my mom tried on and she would not take them back. Accused me of wearing them outside which my mom did not do. I am more upset of how I was treated and I will never buy a pair of Dr martens ever again (as I have 5 pairs).

    Be cautious when shopping at this store. They do not offer refunds, and cash never give . One staff member, a woman with large glasses who claimed to be the manager or owner, refused to give her name and was unhelpful. Overall, the staff were rude and did not offer assistance. This was a disappointing experience.
