He has been rude ever since I declined an invitation to his apartment online outside of business a couple months prior. Last week was the same thing with the horrible service.

I have my personal shopper who I can contact literally whenever I need a new piece. Edward goes above and beyond and contacts stores in other states if this home store doesn't have what I need. If my "go to" person is not available, Rafael and countless other staff members are fully engaged and ready! thank you all
