  Bad customer service, please verify all merchandise tags with the stock before buying any item. My first time, I bought four pair of jeans and none fitted me. I went in to exchange 2 and return 2. While exchanging one jeans, the cashier noticed the back tag (not the barcode tag) was missing and refused to return the jeans as all tags were not attached, at the same moment, we both noticed the barcode tag was hand written not printed, which the cashier verified that it was a returned jeans without tag, so the store created one. She called the store manager, who took 30 mins to make up her mind, tried to match the receipt and barcode tag 20 times. I then refused to exchange and just wanted to return all, but she only offer to exchange and no return. The question is the store is selling customer already returned merchandise, what is the guarantee all the tags are attached, so please verify.

  Я 15 минут потратил , когда пытался вернуть джинсы моей жены. Это просто кошмар, менеджер упорно навязывала мне их кредитную карту, чтобы она мне вернула на эту кредитную карту мои деньги. Я отказался от карты, деньги за товар мне так и не вернули. Не покупайте ничего в этом магазине.

  Great customer service, it would be alot better if there were a better way to find the clothing you looked at on display.
