  I went to this particular store to return and item. From the moment I step in the store to do my return I felt uncomfortable. The lady at the register made someone else do my return. Next I walk around the store to look for a particular item and no one ask me could they hello me.Every customer that walk in the store the employee ask them did that need any help. I was very upset and I was the only black person in the store and no one wanted to wait on me. I will never shop here again. The customer service is poor.

  Such a nice store! I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I went in and found plenty of cute workout sets for both myself and my daughter, and the employees were so sweet and helpful!

  This place is horrible. I walked into this store and asked for assistance but no one ever did. I attempted to exchange a gift I received for Christmas with original tags and the manager said no. Save your money and go to lululemon. They lost a future customer.

  Workers were very racist & racial profiled me during my time shopping there even though I spent $500, probably will be returning items.

  I had placed an order for pickup here, got an email it was picked up even though I never picked it up. Talked to the manager her name is Meritza or something. Most Incompetent rudest person I’ve ever met attempted to humiliate me in front of her coworkers and other customers accusing me of picking up my order when I never did she checked the cameras told me that she can’t find anything on the camera cameras clearly it was a mistake on their end, and I sat there for 30 minutes while she accused me and tried to embarrass me. THEY DID NOT REFUND ME!!! $200 down the drain. I hope she gets fired and learns how to talk to customers.
