I’ve gone here twice to pick up an online order, and browse around. Manager made me wait 20 minutes because she “just got the shipment in” in an insane tone of voice. and instead of just finding my order. she continued to talk to her employees. I browsed around 30 minutes pass by and I ask an associate that I’m here to pick up an online order. She stares at me like I have 4 eyes she has no clue how to respond to me. Super weird interaction. Seems like they don’t train the employees. Manager has a crazy attitude and tone of voice and will make me wait on an order that has been confirmed as ready via email. Cuz she would rather talk to her employees for 30 mins in the middle of the store. Then they just throw the package in the aerie bag and hand it to u. Terrible customer service. Deer park location, way better experience, management and employees.
My daughter and I were in doing a couple returns. As we approached the counter there was a very angry customer at the counter going off on the girls working. She was upset bc they were unable to return a bra bc there was no tag. Jess & Jasmine (I know I’m spelling her name wrong 😑) did they best they could to make the customer happy. Policy is policy- they have to follow the rules. The customer needs to understand they need to take that up with corporate & not the associate. Either way they definitely did a great job with that issue. All the girls working tonight were just beyond outstanding. Their customer service skills are A plus. The store was about to close and another associate was helping my daughter find pants. I have not had a great experience like this at a store in years. The whole team working tonight was great. It is nice to know this still exists. You really have phenomenal team working here.

I love shopping here!! I believe I have been going here for 15 years now. I've always had a good experience and the workers are always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store :)

Horrendous experience. I recently had a frustrating experience with Aerie while trying to return a pair of pants purchased last Saturday that had a noticeable stain. When I went to return them, I encountered an associate named either Leslie or Lesley, who was rude and had poor customer service skills. Her obnoxious tone made it seem like I was trying to take money out of her pocket.
She insisted that I could only exchange the pants because, according to her, their store “NEVER” puts items with defects on the floor, making it seem like a personal affront that I mentioned the stain. Despite the pants being 20% off, the exchange would have cost me nearly $2 more due to tax differences.
I contacted Aerie’s customer service online, and they provided me with a discount and instructed me to return to the original location, as it was clear that the initial store was not properly informed about the refund policies. The online team confirmed that the reason given for denying the return was unacceptable, and provided compensation for such an experience. After following their advice, I returned to the original store, where I was able to process the return without any issues, even though the tags had been removed. The inconsistency in policy and the rude treatment I received were highly disappointing.
