This is a store. We had to wait in line even to get into the store, but that's because it was so close to Christmas, but the line moved quickly. There were employees standing in the middle of the store eager to answer questions, and they seemed to actually know the answers and were friendly as well. I would definitely go back. But I would return to the store not so close to Christmas, because they were, understandably, running low on some of their inventory.

How do I sign up for the LEGO VIP Program?
If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
