  I got there at 6:45 pm and they stay past their closing time. They did not rush me at all we finished at 7:20 pm. I thought they closed at 8 pm. But they close at 7 pm. That is great customer service. Thank You staff.

  I bought one Vest online and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, the pickup went smooth. I decided to try on my vest and loved the fit. I loved it so much I decided to buy another Vest and a Button Up Long Sleeve Shirt. I wore the shirt and the vest I bought online that night for an event. I loved the look of both pieces. Over the course of the night though, the vest started splitting at the seams. If I bought this vest from a regular store, I'd think it was my size. I know sitting can put a little strain on big man's clothing but I bought this vest at DXL. The vest should have held up. I felt embarrassed all night and it honestly ruined my night out. I couldn't stop asking my girlfriend if anyone could see the split and ended up leaving early. For a big man, wearing clothing that splits, only exaggerates our size and kills all confidence. I spent about $100 per vest and almost another $100 on the shirt. I'll keep the shirt but both vests are going back, and now I have to live with the embarrassment of returning the vest and having them think I should have sized up because I'm fat. Great job DXL. You failed at the one thing you should do better than any other clothing store for overweight people.

  Needed a new professional fit for an upcoming conference I'm speaking at and couldn't have picked a better place. Its been a while since I purchased some new professional clothes and the Fitmap experience was great for finding my size without the invasiveness of a tape measurer. But really the star of the experience was George who helped me pick a great outfit that I can feel confident in when I walk onto the stage to speak next week.
