  This is the worst store ever. They are completely uncooperative and lie to their customers—especially the female manager who spoke with me and engaged in a completely futile argument. When I returned to exchange a pair of trousers—23 days after purchase, and with the original receipt in hand, as I had been traveling abroad—she told me that an exchange was impossible because the store's policy limits the exchange period to just 20 days. However, the very next day, I visited a different branch, and the trousers were successfully exchanged without any argument whatsoever. I also inquired about the standard legal timeframe for exchanging clothing, and I was informed that customers have 28 days from the date of purchase. Now, after this terrible experience, I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store. If there is any wise management overseeing this business, they need to replace the management of this specific branch immediately.

  Runs out of free paper bags then tries to charge customers for $2 bags. Stop nickel and diming paying customers.

  I would like to share my experience with the world about Primark and the services I receive from them yesterday on 03/07/2026. I went to the Woodfield mall location to purchase some items and as I approached the counter the lady at the register stated that we don’t have anymore free bags. But she started to ring and I asked my daughter to go to my car to get the one bag that I had purchased prior that was in the car as the lady proceeded to ring my items my total reached $689.00. She said let me ask my manager and the manager said she will check in the back only to come up and say no we don’t have anymore free bags ole well. I left that stuff there with them and went to 3 other stores in the mall only for the works in the other stores to say they do that every weekend tell pt they only have the recycling bags because the recycling bags are commission base, and they don’t shop with the because of that. They’re purposely not ordering bags to ask customers to buy the recycling bag. How fair is that to purpose Manipulate and betray your customers just to sell bags. I wish I didn’t have to give any stars

  I had a great shopping experience at Primark in Woodfield Mall. There were plenty of options at affordable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, one even kindly clarified the price on an item I picked before I paid. I really appreciated the great service.
