  This place is awesome. It’s like a in person Shein with how good the prices are. The quality is better than Shein of course but the pricing is so good! $20 for a pair of jeans!? $3.00 for a Bikini top!!! Everyone complaining about a return policy there should just try the stuff on before buying it’s really not that hard. The bag issue also isn’t that big of an issue lol. People there were nice. Will be back!! A lot of these complaints are pretty avoidable…

  One of the worst store I have ever been. They charge me twice for same item and when I get to find out I patiently told the store manager the issue and she told me give her 7 days after 7 days when I went back and talk to another store manager since the same manager was not there he told me give me little time he will find out and refund me and I have been patently waiting for him to come back for an answer and it’s been more then an hour he didn’t showed up and after an hour when I asked the associate that what happened he told me that manage is in the meeting and he has no idea what so ever. So at this point I have been waiting for more than an hour for no reason and the manager didn’t even care about it. After that I get mad at them and raise my voice then other manager come and told me give me 10 mins will take care of it right now. So now I feel like they would have took care of it on a first place 7 days back. This is really a worst customer service not only associate but the store managers as well. If I would have an option to rate this store (-) starts I would give them -5. They just staling the money and they never want to give you your money back. They just want customers to get tired and forgot about their money.

  Bought a boys shirt for Christmas but it didn’t fit him. Labels still on the shirt and I wanted a larger size. Refused to exchange without the receipt even though I could show proof on my bank statement that I bought it. No signs anywhere to say they won’t take and exchange without a receipt.

  Wide variety of clothes all for great prices. The changing rooms are also secure and clean.
