They charge me twice for same item and when I get to find out I patiently told the store manager the issue and she told me give her 7 days after 7 days when I went back and talk to another store manager since the same manager was not there he told me give me little time he will find out and refund me and I have been patently waiting for him to come back for an answer and it’s been more then an hour he didn’t showed up and after an hour when I asked the associate that what happened he told me that manage is in the meeting and he has no idea what so ever. So at this point I have been waiting for more than an hour for no reason and the manager didn’t even care about it. After that I get mad at them and raise my voice then other manager come and told me give me 10 mins will take care of it right now. So now I feel like they would have took care of it on a first place 7 days back. This is really a worst customer service not only associate but the store managers as well. If I would have an option to rate this store (-) starts I would give them -5. They just staling the money and they never want to give you your money back. They just want customers to get tired and forgot about their money.
