I had an outstanding experience at this location, specifically thanks to Darius. After a very uncomfortable encounter at the Oakbrook location, the service here was a breath of fresh air. Darius was incredibly patient and professional. He helped me find the perfect blazer and walked me through several shirt options that fit my style perfectly for my trip this week for work in Las Vegas. He went above and beyond by checking in on us throughout the process and even followed up after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied. We ended up spending $700 here, and it was worth every penny for the level of respect and care we received. Ask for Darius if you want to be treated right!
Never acknowledged once while in the store. The white couple who walked in after me were greeted and taken care of from beginning to end. Note, they bought nothing lol.
Ask for Aaliyah, held my hand and was very sweet the entire process- including when my bank declined the purchase for suspected fraud. Made the process much easier

Joshua delivered an absolutely exceptional customer service experience from start to finish during my first visit on 01/29/25. He was polished, professional, warm, handsome, and genuinely attentive—making the entire checkout process effortless and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel truly valued as a customer. This is the kind of service that elevates the entire brand. Polo Ralph Lauren is extremely lucky to have someone like Joshua representing them. Employees like him deserve recognition and leadership opportunities. I will absolutely be returning because of him. I also want to give a quick shoutout to Jeremy, who was very sociable and kind as well—both of them made the experience even better! Thank you, Boys!!!!

Completely ignored from beginning to end. Made eye contact with all employees and all failed to greet or advise current deals. They only seemed more worried that I would not steal anything.
All other customers that entered after me were clearly greeted, acknowledged and helped the entire time. I even try to get the attention of one employee, and she kept walking past me even when i know she100% saw me and heard me.
I usually go to Ralph Lauren store in Aurora and the treatment to their customers in that location is top notch and always go above and beyond when needed help. Maybe Aurora location could train Rosemont location about not profiling and what customer real service is.
I have worked retail on a high end store and the treatment provided by the staff at this Ralph Lauren location is completely unacceptable.
