The store was bright, clean, and beautifully organized. I wasn’t sure what the sale included, but Troy approached me and offered help right away. I explained that my family and best friend told me there was a great sale happening, and Troy took the time to walk with me through the store, show me which items were included, and even help me pick out which wallet matched the purse I liked. His patience, kindness, and willingness to actually guide me instead of just pointing made a huge difference. He answered every question with enthusiasm and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I left with a purse, a wallet, a belt, and a men’s wallet. Truly great customer service—thank you, Troy! Daniella was at the register and she had patience with me as I am looking for my card. Two amazing workers. Thank you.
