I was just browsing when I was approached about the Rayban Meta sunglasses. I've heard of them but never really tried it out until the associate, Angel, showed me a demo and it was a fun experience. The store had great energy and the staff was very helpful and fun. I'm a customer for life.

When I used it today it would not connect to the app. I returned it to the store for an exchange or refund or store credit. They told me I can not return it since I just passed the 30 day mark. Now I have product worth $350 with no use. Poor customer service and policy from sunglass hut. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Just a rip off. Apparently the rayban meta has lots of problems per the store manager. I wonder why sunglasses hut keep selling it. Update…. Last Saturday I received a call from Mr Orlando the store manger at sunglass hut. He was very polite and listened to my concerns and offered a store credit which I am happy with. Thank you for taking care. We ended up spending more money at sunglass hut because of Mr Orlando ‘s customer service. Thanks
