- SJS JSep 25, 20255.0We bought a rayban meta from sunglasses hut last month and never get a chance to use it. When I used it today it would not connect to the app. I returned it to the store for an exchange or refund or store credit. They told me I can not return it since I just passed the 30 day mark. Now I have product worth $350 with no use. Poor customer service and policy from sunglass hut. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Just a rip off. Apparently the rayban meta has lots of problems per the store manager. I wonder why sunglasses hut keep selling it. Update…. Last Saturday I received a call from Mr Orlando the store manger at sunglass hut. He was very polite and listened to my concerns and offered a store credit which I am happy with. Thank you for taking care. We ended up spending more money at sunglass hut because of Mr Orlando ‘s customer service. Thanks

I was asked about prescription lenses and was informed about their pricing. I was just going in to look and ended up getting a pair for me and my wife. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. I appreciated the service. I’ll definitely be coming back with my prescription.
