She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel effortless. She truly took the time to ensure I was comfortable and confident in my purchase, and it was a pleasure working with her from start to finish. Although I was not working directly with Latoria, she still stepped in to offer additional support, insight, and assistance. That kind of above and beyond mindset speaks volumes about the team and the Movado brand as a whole. Exceptional service, exceptional people. This is the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend.

The salesperson was very kind and mentioned that he would bring a brand-new piece from the back. After I got home, I opened the box to double-check the item and unfortunately noticed a scratch on the watch. Since this was intended as a new gift, I contacted the store right away to let them know. I was informed that the watch will be exchanged within 20 days, and I appreciate the store’s willingness to make things right. Thank you for your assistance and support in resolving this matter
