  I had a very disappointing experience at this Calvin Klein store. I ordered a jacket because my size was not available in-store. When the package arrived at my home, they sent the wrong item. I had to go back to the store to fix their mistake and reorder the correct jacket. Before placing the second order, I specifically asked about the delivery time and was clearly told it would arrive within 5–14 days. However, when I later checked the system, it showed delivery on the 26th, which is well beyond the promised timeframe. Because I am traveling abroad, this delay caused serious inconvenience. Due to their mistake and inaccurate information, I had to waste my time going to the store twice. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Order number : 12345678
