  I was there with my friend. The employee who was helping her was extremely disrespectful and rude. He didn’t listen at all while she was trying to explain the problem and kept ignoring what she was saying. Never recommend this place to anyone.

  They messed up the suit that I bought from them. The pants were a different size and the jacket was different. They are very disrespectful and do not know how to talk to customers. He was very disrespectful and didn’t even listen to me when I was explaining the problem. My friend purchased a jacket with me the same day, and her item was from clearance, but they still offered her store credit. However, they did not return my money and did not even agree to store credit for me. They know they messed up as they sold me pants that didn’t belong to the jacket and would never ever be able to resell it. Never ever buying anything from this store again. All other employees are always polite, expect him. It’s not the first time when he treats customers like this. Don’t know why the store still keeps him. Very arrogant, disrespectful.

  I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the refund policy I experienced at your store. I bought a winter jacket for my son. After bringing it home, I realized that the size was too small. Within 30 days of the purchase, I returned to the store to request a refund. However, I was informed that I could not receive my money back and that only store credit would be issued. I was also told that the store did not have the larger size available, which means I am unable to exchange the item for one that fits. Because the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the 30-day period, I believe I should be eligible for a full refund. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and reconsider your decision. I am here to notice everyone before u purchase anything from the Boss store you should be aware that you won’t get full refund from this store.

  A NEW MANAGER might make the difference here. Prior management was pretty good. This new guy Alex doesn’t understand customer service. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there just this year and had an issue with an in stock item’s sizing. He refused to swap it out for a different size. Won’t shop here ever again.
