  I am giving it 5 stars because of Theresa! I went on Sunday, 2/1/2026, and she was so friendly and patient with me. She truly went above and beyond. I love Columbia products overall, but that customer service was phenomenal. Thank you! Xoxo

  This store has a fraudulent return policy, poor customer service and unprofessional and racist store manager- Erik Rayford. I purchased a winter boots last Jan. 1, 2026 at this location. I used it last sub zero temperature to see if the product really works well like the promising product detail and advertisement but turned out, it can't keep my toes warm even with double socks on. Tried to return the boots and asked to change it to their "ice maiden boots" but the store manager Erik Rayford refused to do it. He was very condescending all through out the conversation and doesn't even bother to stay in one place while talking to me. He showed me the general store policy which is "you can return the product within 60 days provided that you still have the receipt" but he verbally added to that policy that I can't return it, if it was already used. When I insisted to show me the "fine prints" of that verbal policy he stated, instead of doing that, he called me rude due to my "tough accent and tone", then threatened to kick me out of the store. I explained, that I am not a native "english speaker and having a hard time communicating as well if it does make sense with my accent and tone. He refused to show the hard copy of the verbal policy he stated and I ended up leaving the store disappointed and dissatisfied. The company could hire people who has an excellent customer service cause after all "the people who works for the brand, represents the company itself" I've reached out to their customer service online but no help at all. They can't even provide me the complete fine prints of their store return policy. With this kind of experience, I would think twice continuing buying the products from this company.

  Nice factory outlet store in fashion outlet of Chicago mall. Prices were reasonable, given it is Columbia brand.

  I had an easy and fun experience! I went in and got EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. Along with that, Belinda was an amazing woman. Took 3 min out of her time and brought out stickers for my kiddo. It’s the little things that make shopping fun, especially during a holiday weekend. Thank you all. Enjoy the rest of 2025! <3
