    I always came here as a kid but this time was truly different, I was greeted by a worker by the name of Ana, she asked me what I was looking for today, I stoped for a second and glanced at her, I was completely starstruck, I told her that actually she is what I’m looking for, she’s what I’ve been looking for all my life. She didn’t know how to react and almost started blushing immediately, she’s never felt the presence of a real man, and I could tell. I asked her what times she’s off and if she wanted to go on a date. She agreed, I picked her up at 8:30 and we went to get food at this 5 star restaurant, for the entire date I was very confused and at awe, Ana would not stop talking about DSW and how much she loves this job and how she’s so passionate about shoes I truly never met a person that was so passionate about what they do at a retail store, truly a unique experience will definitely be coming back 💯

    Came into this store stressed from holiday shopping but let me tell you Nereida was a pleasure to talk to and receive help from. She was so kind and helpful and completely shifted my mood. Finding people in customer service is hard now a day but she’s a Gem! I love this location and I praise her customer service.
