She didn’t know how to react and almost started blushing immediately, she’s never felt the presence of a real man, and I could tell. I asked her what times she’s off and if she wanted to go on a date. She agreed, I picked her up at 8:30 and we went to get food at this 5 star restaurant, for the entire date I was very confused and at awe, Ana would not stop talking about DSW and how much she loves this job and how she’s so passionate about shoes I truly never met a person that was so passionate about what they do at a retail store, truly a unique experience will definitely be coming back 💯

She was so kind and helpful and completely shifted my mood. Finding people in customer service is hard now a day but she’s a Gem! I love this location and I praise her customer service.

She took the time to scan the shoe box and let me know the exact locations where I could find the pair I was looking for — Oak Brook or Woodfield Mall. I was so indecisive. I did buy one pair of booties here. The other would be in the other store. She answered all my questions with patience and a smile. Thank you, Nerida, for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service like yours makes shopping here a pleasure! She was on the floor and she was at the register. Wow, multitasker.!
