Asked a quick question about replacement lens for my burberrys , she quickly and efficiently handled the client before me , got to me and got me my information quickly , tightened the arms so they fit better and cleaned them for free while we chatted . Great service and I'll definitely be back for my new purchase/servicing needs in the future ! Good customer service just isn't near as common as it used to be and it was a solid 10/10 interaction all the way around

I called the chicago ridge location and after a very rude convo with the girl who answered the phone over there I called the Orland location. The girl on the phone was very polite I asked when the manager was working and she let me know she would be in at 3. I went there around 4 and was greeted right away. I asked for the manager and she let me know that was her. I told her my situation and my experience at the other location. She helped me out in a matter of minutes and I walked out with a brand new pair that day.She was such a big help and really turned my experience with this company. I highly recommend this location over Chicago Ridge.
