Even though the store was already closed, she could’ve said she couldn’t help us anymore—but she didn’t. Truly great customer service!

They don’t know what they doing but they do good at telling you how much this and that cost , I’m still waiting for the pictures for over two weeks yet they said it’s only 24 hours!! They good at taking your money but after that you struggle to get them pictures. They don’t know what they doing and they can’t pick up or call back to communicate when you ask for a manager it’s the same as talking to a street person!

Have you fixed your escalator and why is it that no one gets back with you?Customer service just gives you an incident number. I'd like replacement before my clothing item that was destroyed by your dangerous escalator Ladies be careful with your Jibab dresses and skirts. I also heard people talking that this is not the first time.This has happened to someone with that.Escalator. So so sad!
