- MEmari ele2 days ago5.0Just wanted to leave this review on my experience with Iris who works in the make up/beauty department (not sure what it’s called). I’ve struggled to find my shade for the past 8 years, I’ve gone to Sephora, Ulta, bought and tried many different foundations and could never find the right shade. Iris immediately recommended a good foundation based off the one I’ve used for many years, i honestly wasn’t really going to buy anything but she was so sweet and very helpful I couldn’t help but buy what she offered! Which by the way was the PERFECT shade for me. She even helped me find the exact shade of lipstick I was looking for for months. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a good experience with customer service and I’m so glad I got to meet her! I highly recommend going to her for any make up questions and I hope she’s still there when I return for a restock and some new goodies :)

Maybe they had open register on the second floor, but we werent going to be walking back and forth trying to find them, didnt even see any employees in the area, I wonder how did it go for the few customers that were left behind
