- PVPatricia VegaFeb 22, 20261.0Went in the store to try on a dress.. the dress fit however the Orland Mall store doesn’t price match online prices. Other Express stores I’ve gone to honor online prices. Such a disappointment, they rather lose a sale versus price matching the item.

Since the girl at the cash register was busy helping another customer, I asked for a price check on a shirt. The black girl acted like she didn't want to help me and gave me a nasty look, then asked was anyone at the register, I told her she was helping someone else. Also, when I first walked in, she barely wanted to speak. The Hispanic woman was nice and helped me instead.

With an attitude the associated said that I would have to return the item then repurchase it for the original price which was $40 more. I asked her why when I'm exchanging it for the same item. She said okay then you have to wait 15 minutes. It took all of about 2 minute. When I received it, I replied thank you. Her response "sure" no type of genuine response. No customer service training I guess! Totally disappointed and this is not the 1st time I experienced a rude association here! Guess I'll drive further to Chicago Ridge!
