  The associate alyssa was so rude and made loud comments about the amount of jeans I didn’t want after trying them on and unfortunately i have a really hard time finding jeans that fit me correctly 2 out of the 8 pairs I tried on fit I almost left in tears because of her I already feel bad that the jeans didn’t fit me right her comments on top of it made my shopping experience even worse and I never had a bad experience there until today

  I found the most beautiful garments in this store.❤️ In the dressing room Asia went to great lengths to see that I got what i needed, she even gave me the shirt off her back at one point because it was the last of that size in the store. The girl at the checkout was nice too. I will buy more and more and more next time i go in xoxoxo…

  I stopped by today to do some last minute Christmas shopping and spent a good amount of time looking for gifts for my family, which I did. Unfortunately, when I got up to the check out the cashier who was there, initials N.P., was having a conversation with another coworker while checking me out and forgot to add 2 purchased items to my bag, I did not notice until I made it home… Now I have to return after Christmas to either refund or pick up those items. I gave a star for the person I spoke to on the phone, believe her name was Tesla.

  I’ve been to this specific location few times since I relocated to IL last year. More recently today. Worst service I’ve ever received at an aeries which is why I’ve only come a few times sadly. Very unfriendly, unhelpful, & just not like what I’ve experienced at other locations. Although the American eagle attached has very sweet & approachable employees.

  Girl with the long fake eyelashes fits the typical Gen Z stereotype of being rude and having that Gen Z stare (blank, deadpan, or emotionless look). I think she said one word to me and it was the total of my purchase. I was the one greeting and thanking her while she just stared at me.
