I've been here twice in the last month and the first time I had a return and the younger guy greeting people was super aggressive with trying to get me to exchange the item instead of returning. 4 different times I said no thanks, I don't want to look around, I just want to return, at which point he rolled his eyes and said go to the counter. Then again this week, I had an online pickup order and the lady in the front was rude. I told her I had a pick up and she made a face and huffed and went to get her ipad device, acting like it was a big deal to have to go into the back and get the order. Customer service is AWFUL at this store.

Tired to return at the Orland Store and American Eagle's return policy excludes unused items with detached tags, leaving me with a pair of too-small jeans and no possibility of return or refund, amounting to a $50 loss. As a result, I will not make future purchases from them.
