  The directions I queried were for Men's Warehouse and Google Maps took it upon itself to try to reroute me to a completely different men's store in a direction I knew was not where Men's Warehouse is. Wasted my time and gas.

  I visited this location on March 18th 2026 expecting a standard shopping experience, but unfortunately had a very disappointing interaction. The store supervisor (Davina) and assistant (Dionna) I spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to help when I asked about sizing options once I said I was on budget and couldn’t afford Michael Kors jacket they insisted on selling me, instead I wanted a Oak Hill suit jacket not only did they smirk and chuckle when I stated that I am a retired veteran on a fix income but never told me this location had a clearance aisle the lack of basic customer service—no attempt to assist, upsell, or even acknowledge the concern. This isn’t what I expect from a brand like dxl at this level. As a result, I left without making a purchase and will likely shop elsewhere moving forward. I hope management or corporate can look into this location, as it may be impacting more customers than just me. I’d appreciate a follow-up regarding how this will be addressed.

  Super helpful and friendly staff working there. They have nice, good quality clothes. My boyfriend and I will be back.

  Went to find some jeans, most of them were too big for my size.. Dionna was working on Sunday... she went above and beyond on customer service... super helpful, friendly, and just such an amazing person... wish all customer service people were like that... thank you Dionna!!! You have went above and beyond!
