  Would definitely not buy anything from this store or this company in general. Company refused to resolve a known issue with one of their purses. The customer service advisor stated that I had until 2020 to bring the purse back. Unknown to me at the time that there was any issues with this purse and no sort of communication from a $350 billion company that they would said out an email informing customers of a known issue on their canvas bags to go into the store. Even with a known issue and bringing a purse back with no signs of defects at the time I'm going to assume by the way this has been handled that they would of not done anything in 2020 and said they purse is fine. Also, the employee kept referring to it as leather a canvas purse isn't leather. Don't mislead the customers.

  Every visit to the Louis Vuitton store in Oakbrook is a first-class experience, and that’s largely thanks to Daizha. Her customer service is absolutely phenomenal—truly out of this world. She goes above and beyond every single time, making me feel not just valued as a client, but genuinely cared for as an individual! What stands out most is her attentiveness and warmth. She stays in touch with me, remembers my preferences, and always ensures I have a seamless and enjoyable experience. I’ve never once felt self-conscious or out of place walking into the store which can be something rare in a luxury setting. Instead, I always feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated. The entire Oakbrook team deserves recognition for their professionalism and kindness, but Daizha is truly exceptional. She embodies the spirit of luxury hospitality—graceful, thoughtful, and effortlessly genuine. I can’t recommend her or this store highly enough.

  I wanted to gift myself with my 1st Louis V. purse for my bday. I made an appointment and at appointment time my niece accompanied me. Ellie was our host, she greeted my niece and I with such grace and beautiful demeanor plus she made sure we had a drink with a card on the tray that read ‘Happy Birthday Pharisee’. I told her what purse I wanted and since it wasn’t in the store, we ordered it. On a Tuesday I saw a text from George that informed me my bag has arrived and he would reach out when the champagne was chilled (He knew I wanted the champagne). My niece and I went once the message came and meet George, his presence was welcoming plus he was accommodating such as Ellie. After my niece and I had our champagne while he was stamping my initials on my purse, he walked us to the door. This experience was beyond my expectations, thank you George and Ellie for making this an experience my niece and I will never forget.

  Good product. Inattentive and careless staff, especially those that have been at that particular Oakbrook branch.
