  Just had the most wonderful experience at this store. I had just come in window shopping and was pleasantly greeted by a fine young gentleman named Zach. He was beyond helpful as I ended up leaving the store with a new suit and a few pieces to upgrade my wardrobe. If anyone else if to come here I recommend Zach for anything you need as he was very helpful and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Will make sure to keep coming back to this location!

  I went here today with my wife and 11mo old baby. I grabbed a few shirts and jeans to try on and an employee (Asian lady) was helpful and said she would have me in the next changing room once one opened up. When the next room opened up another employee (red head guy) walked over to take it for the man he was helping. Our lady said “No sorry, this person (me) is next.” “Who?” said the red head employee. She pointed at us. “No look at them, they aren’t buying anything, my guy is a doctor. Put them in this closet if they really want to try on stuff.” I was then shown to an out of use changing room filled with boxes of product and no available place to sit or ability to look in the mirror. To be clear, I wasn’t wearing gym shorts or anything, I would understand the profiling a little in that situation even if it was inaccurate. I was wearing clothing comparably priced to the products in the store and had a high-end stroller. That leads me to believe this guy viewed less of us because we had a child? I have no idea what to think but it was incredibly insulting and there was really no other reason for him to say that. He was rude to the lady helping us as well. I bought a couple items; our lady was nice/apologetic and I liked the products. What gave me a bit of a smile is that this doctor complained about the prices, asked for discounts, and seemed to have left without buying anything. If this doctor didn’t buy anything, the karma toward this employee is appreciated, but it doesn’t change that he looks down on people with children and seems to bully other employees. You work at an Oakbrook Boss store and are in pharmacy school dude, this isn’t Hermes near the Mag Mile. I won’t be back again if this is how families with (quiet) children are treated.
