- VMVerenice MendezDec 8, 20251.0Horrible service, ordered and scheduled a delivery for a friend who had a loss and this place never answers the phone, they sent an order tracker in an email and they never even made the order, and isn’t out for delivery either. They are about to close as well. For over $100 spent and a tip this is ridiculous. Never again. Now I have to wait for them to respond if I can cancel and I’m out of $110 my friend is still out of a gift. And there’s no customer service they just connect you back to the store so good luck.

Now , here I am trying to call to see what went wrong and why they didn't just call me to pick something else out if they didn't have what I ordered in stock....and no ones answering! So frustrating , I see now why store only has two stars....
