  Generally good selection since it’s a bigger store but the staff and customer services isn’t great. Was never approached to see if I needed help during the whole experience. Rather shop online and return the items I didn’t work rather than shop at this location. -Aggressively greeted in passing when entering the store - the sales associate didn’t even look at my direction. -looking for pants in men’s wall and sales associates just having casual conversation not approaching / helping me when I needed help finding a style and size. -sales associate didn’t know products when requesting help in the fitting room and brought me the wrong style when I requested a different size. when a different sales associate took over the fitting room, they never followed up Don’t expect any quality customer service at this location.

  Very rude service, an African American lady at a checkout pretended she found my email, but she didn’t and I didn’t get an email. She did not fold the items nicely and when I asked for a smaller bag, instead of putting my items inside the bag she just threw the smaller bag inside the bigger bag. Lululemon for me always was about great customer service, but this location is terrible.

  They did not honor their quality promise. A week before I took a pair of pants because the glue became undone and they exchanged them with no issue. I brought a similar pair just a different color a week later with the same issue and was turned away. Disappointed with the inconsistency with their quality promise guarantee.

  Never returning! It's a shame because I like the clothing but the staff sucks. When you check out at the register they throw your clothing in the bag instead of folding it like a normal store employee. He had brown hair, glasses and fair skin. You wanted to work for the store! They get irrated if you ask questions about promotions and when you call the manager blake he does nothing for you. If grace answers the phone she says "for what" what do you think I want to talk to the manager about? Clearly I'm not going to ask him what his favorite color is goofball. A big let down for this particular location! Two thumbs down.
