- RVRobert VanHorn2 days ago1.0We had a deeply disappointing experience at the Yves Saint Laurent store in Oak Brook. The manager, Ranka Vukovic, was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and displayed behaviour that we perceived as discriminatory. We were treated noticeably differently from other customers in the store, which left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. It was surprising and upsetting to encounter this type of conduct from someone in a management role at a luxury retailer. Based on our experience, Ranka’s behaviour was entirely inappropriate and does not reflect the level of service expected from this brand.
