He has such a good eye for frame recommendations - I will be 100% going to the Oakbrook store (I live downtown Chicago) just because of how easy and enjoyable our experience was with Michael. We ended up getting 4 pairs!!

Went Tuesday August 12 2025 at 10am to pick up my sunglasses and unfortunately the store was still closed although they open at 10. Waited an hour and still wasn’t open. Drove back home and found out that they just opened a little before 12. I’m an hour away from the store and had to drive twice which was a total of over 4 hours. I come in to pick up the glasses and I get greeted with a younger lady that had a pretty big attitude towards me. Had nothing to do yet still was being very slow on bringing my package. I got no I’m sorry no compensation no nothing. And she lied to me that I can only return glasses at the same place I bought them which later on I found out that the workers at the other store said that I can return them wherever. Horrible experience, never coming back here again. Stay away from these people

He adjusted my damaged sunglasses and cleaned them like they were brand new again. He then made several recommendations for sunglasses based on my facial structure. He was kind, courteous, thoughtful, and clearly cared about making sure I was happy. Excellent experience and will be returning specifically because of Henri!
