  Top notch customer service! I went in looking for The Tote Bag with stars on it and was told they didn’t have it in that location. I was bummed. The employee noticed me looking at denim bags and was like hold on, went in the back and pulled out two sizes of a denim bag that wasn’t even on the floor yet and I fell in love! All the employees were nice, kind and beyond friendly! So kudos to the 3 employees who worked 10/26/25 around 5-6pm. 😊. I am very satisfied. I love my new Tote Bag and will see you all again!

  I had such an amazing experience when I came into the store for Bark Jacobs! Marsean was phenomenal and helped me so much to ensure my best friends present was PERFECT! I will definitely be coming back to see him! Thank you Marsean you’re amazing!!!!!!!!!

  Every time that I’ve visited this location I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences! Regardless if I buy something or not the team is incredibly welcoming, warm and fun! I bought a few items yesterday 08/09/25 in the evening and the overall experience was amazing! I feel like going back just to hang out with them cause they were so much fun! They truly deserve to be recognized!

  I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding associate by the name of Candace at the Marc Jacobs location in Oak Brook, Illinois. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been exceptional. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, efficiency, and a thorough knowledge of the brand and its products. Candace is always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful, making each visit not only smooth but enjoyable. She takes the time to ensure customers are informed, supported, and satisfied—all while working in a timely and effective manner. It’s rare to find someone who combines productivity with genuine courtesy so seamlessly. Marc Jacobs is lucky to have her on the team. I look forward to returning, largely because of the high standard of service Candace provides.

  I visited the store hoping to purchase a tote bag for my daughter, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the empty store, I was met with indifference from the three employees present - not a single greeting or acknowledgement. Despite my clear efforts to inquire about the item my daughter wanted, my queries went completely unnoticed. Frustrated, I ultimately ended up finding the desired bag at Nordstrom instead.
