Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

When you check out at the register they throw your clothing in the bag instead of folding it like a normal store employee. He had brown hair, glasses and fair skin. You wanted to work for the store! They get irrated if you ask questions about promotions and when you call the manager blake he does nothing for you. If grace answers the phone she says "for what" what do you think I want to talk to the manager about? Clearly I'm not going to ask him what his favorite color is goofball. A big let down for this particular location! Two thumbs down.

The order showed the remaining items as delivered on Friday, but when I came in twice, the store couldn’t locate them. I was told I would receive calls with updates, but no one ever contacted me. The store also never answers the phone, and one of the associates even told me that they simply don’t answer and not to bother calling. This has been extremely unprofessional, and the only actual help I received was through Lululemon’s online customer service, not the store. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location
