  My wife and I have had such an amazing experience with CD Peacock in Oak Brook, especially with Abdullah, who has been our Rolex AD. He has been incredibly helpful and has always given us a great and personal shopping experience. We first visited CD Peacock in April when we met Abdullah for the first time. I told him that I was hoping to buy a Rolex to celebrate my wedding in 2026. He took the time to really listen and help me find something that fit such an important milestone. After waiting a few months, we received a call from Abdullah at the end of July telling us my watch was ready. It was such a special moment. In June, I also purchased a watch for my wife to celebrate her college graduation, a Cartier Tank Française. It’s a beautiful, classic piece with a timeless look, and she absolutely loves it. Then in August, I came back to CD Peacock to plan a big surprise for my wife’s birthday in January. Abdullah was so kind and patient. He sat down with me, listened to my ideas, and helped me plan everything. When January came, I was able to surprise my wife with an Oyster Perpetual, and it was an unforgettable moment. A special thank you as well to the manager, Lyness, for her kindness and for arranging the flowers and special gifts for my wife’s birthday. The whole experience truly exceeded our expectations. We will cherish these timepieces forever. Big thanks to Abdullah and Lyness. I highly recommend CD Peacock to anyone who is looking for something meaningful to celebrate one of the biggest moments in their life.

Lana was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand, patient with every question, and genuinely attentive to what my wife was looking for. She made the entire process feel special, never rushed, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her professionalism combined with warmth and enthusiasm truly elevated the experience and turned a beautiful purchase into a memorable moment. If you’re considering a luxury timepiece, I can’t recommend Lana highly enough—she’s a true asset to CD Peacock.

  Fantastic experience. Rich was great to work with and very personable. Saw a timepiece I wanted at their online store and submitted an inquiry. Literally next morning he reached out, sent additional photos, and took time to assist me making the purchase. I went in the next day to what is a very beautiful store, was met by Rich at the door, sized my watch for me, and made it a very seamless and pleasant visit. I will definitely shop here again and I will definitely see Rich. I might add that while what I purchased wasn’t a super high end timepiece in the grand scheme of CD Peacock’s inventory but regardless of that I was treated with respect, professionalism, and attentiveness. Thanks for making me feeling like a celebrity!

  Stay far away! Deceptive practices and don’t value your privacy! Like many, I was drawn to CD Peacock for their partnership with luxury watchmakers and hoping to get a watch to commemorate a special occasion I initially met with Denise and spent a fair of time looking at pieces. I was continuously pushed to buy a second watch to “hold you over” until the watch I was looking for came in. I am unsure of how many spend thousands on a “hold you over watch” I was assured my info would only be used to contact me about that watch. Since then I received: Offers to buy gold Fernando Jorge jewelry Offers for someone named Jake? I even spoke with their director Bill Foley! He asked for 3 months time and he would reach out. Guess what? No call back and “it must’ve not come up in my calendar” If you want spam texts and irrelevant promotions, this is the place for you. If you want a store that sends you offers for other customers and names, this is for you If you want a quality time piece without hassle- look elsewhere

  Where all my wishes come true! I took a watch that needed sizing to another jewelry place. They told me that this particular watch was known for being impossible to remove links from. It was suggested that I come to see CD Peacock As my last alternative. But there would, of course, be no guarantee that they could do it. I walked in really nervous that I My Christmas gift would have to be returned at the last minute, but the store and its watchmaker really came to the rescue. With a very short time, not only did they tell me that it was possible to do, they actually performed the service right there on the.. I am extremely grateful. I have gotten other things done there like changing batteries And service for my finer watches But this really solidified the store as a go to place for just about anything.
