  I cannot recommend Poppy and Brenden at C.D. Peacock highly enough. We worked with them to source a Rolex and a pair of custom wedding earrings for our big day, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. From our very first meeting, they were incredibly personable and dedicated to ensuring we obtained the exact pieces we envisioned for our wedding. Their communication was top-tier and they remained remarkably responsive throughout the entire process, which made a world of difference during such a busy planning season.   I had an awful Tudor experience with a Pelagos 39. The piece itself kept time horribly. If I recall correctly it was behind roughly 20 seconds every night without fail. Not only that the official AD was HORRIBLE with customer support. They lacked communication and damaged my watch while under their “servicing”. They didn’t even accept accountability when I showed them video proof that I did not leave the watch off like that to them prior to the servicing. There is so much to my story. Luckily they were open to buy back the watch at somewhere in the 3k range. The watch itself costed slightly over 5k. I will actively tell my friends to avoid this place especially Tudor. All the staff there seemed to not care as they think their customers are filthy rich. Brianna was the only customer rep that showed any sort of care. Since then I have avoided making any thoughts on picking up a Tudor timepiece. I went with Grand Seiko and have not looked back. GS is amazing.

  We had an absolutely spectacular experience with Lana, I cannot recommend her enough! I wanted to purchase a Rolex for my father in celebration of his retirement. Not only did Lana go above and beyond to make sure the watch was ready and available in time for my father's retirement but the level of service and compasion far exceeded our expectations. Everything from the wrapping of the box to the presentation space was simply perfect. Thank you so much Lana for helping me make this dream come true and honoring my father's retirement.
