He had the coolest vibe and was incredibly kind and helpful. Even during Black Friday, he remained polite, professional, personable, and hardworking. He was very knowledgeable about the store and went out of his way to assist my sister and me. He’s a great person to have representing the company. Thank you for the great experience!!!

She asked me to pass her some Hangers when I had already done her the favor of helping taking them off. & no I didn’t have to I get that but she is no one to boss me around either. Since COVID, the customer service is unacceptable. They seem lazy or unwilling to help. Whenever I ask for another size it seems like I’m bothering them. They are just rude and very unhelpful. Every time I go next door to Aerie, they are more than willing to help and the customer service between the two stores are day and night.
