  I don’t typically leave low ratings, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. I was not greeted upon entering and felt met with an unwelcoming attitude, which set a negative tone from the start. While one associate was friendly and engaging during checkout, the overall atmosphere did not reflect the level of service I’ve experienced at the Naperville location. I hope there is a stronger focus on customer engagement so every guest feels welcomed and valued.

  This store/brand is a joke. Charge $150 for sweatpants, but I can't exchange them with tags/unworn past 30 days for one size up? Never again. I thought this brand was becoming popular and doing well, but with these policies they are probably about out of business. Good luck.

  I literally never post reviews but I experienced the worst customer service ever and I don’t plan to ever buy anything from this store. The employees are so rude. I had an employee come up to me to ask if I wanted to try on some shoes and while I was talking to her she walked away. If you don’t plan on actually helping me out, don’t bother talking to me in the first place. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

  Since October 28th 2025 I have bought many clothings from Ali store, some of them are fine and some are poor quality however after using them, one of among the poor quality, jacket (Sherpa Edge Shacket) bottom’s was ripped off, no idea when it happened. Cut to short, I called asap and talked to one of staff who are working there, she said the store does take responsibility for the quality. “Even I had it about few months” I asked. So I took it in for an exchange. One of the staff there did an exchange for me by shipping the same one I took in. At last today, Wednesday, January 21st 2026 the shipping has arrived, once I opened up the bag, it was the same one that bottom was ripped off (originally mine) the store shipped the broken jacket back to me 😡😡😡. What is the meaning of this?
