  Lerin was incredibly helpful from the start. We never actually visited the store in person, but still had a great experience. We couldn’t find the parka we wanted anywhere until we called, and after just a few phone calls, Lerin helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Everything was easy and straightforward, even doing it all remotely. We were so happy with our first parka that we went ahead and ordered a second one which Lerin once again helped us locate and purchase! Thank you!

  Excellent service at the Oakbrook Canada Goose location in Oakbrook. Laura provided outstanding support with my order and truly went above and beyond. I also had a positive experience with one of the managers. Highly recommend this store for top-tier customer service.

  I just had the pleasure of calling this store and speaking with Lerin who was the most helpful sales associate! The jacket I wanted was out of stock and she helped me find an even better option! She located it at my local Canada Goose store but since it was closed (I live in MI) she facilitated my order with her store and even expedited the shipping. So polite, so helpful and I’m just thrilled I landed on such a wonderful employee. Thanks Lerin and Oakbrook Canada Goose!
