  Abbie was helpful over the phone in my inquiry of a piece i was interested in and followed up with great service upon my arrival. Ed was welcoming and knowledgeable of the product as well as the fitting. overall, great experience and will certainly come back. hopefully again with the help of Ed and Abbie

  Originally I had gone to cd. Peacock but the waiting list for the watch that I wanted was 9 months mind you having been a loyal customer in the past so I remembered that their was a brightling store right around the corner and decided to go there I was not disappointed john was very knowledgeable and took the time to show my different watches the young lady there even offered me water and gifted me a book on brightling watches ⌚️ it was very easy to purchase a quality watch from them 😀 thanks again !   I visited the store yesterday to bring in my wife’s watch and have a pin put in her watch band. I was greeted with enthusiasm and top notch service. They fixed the band, cleaned the watch and did not charge me. They offered me a drink and were extremely professional. I will absolutely come back thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!!
