- RKRon KleinDec 23, 20251.0Got there 15 minutes before closing and there was a long line. I already had product set aside and had to wait for other customers to check out. When it was time to pay they weren’t going to wrap my three gifts because the store was now closed even though I was there before closing time and had to wait. I said I wont be shopping there again and they finally agreed to wrap them. I was totally surprised they would say that to a customer.

Last time we were there we witnessed her being very mean to an employee right in front of other employees and customers, so unprofessional and uncalled for. I have never seen this type of behavior in a small business before and surely will not be supporting this business ever again..I don't recommend supporting her.

At the register, the staff person asked if the gifts were for one person. We explained they were all for our niece who excitedly picked them out herself for her birthday. The staff agreed it was the way to go, no returns. Then she asked, Do you want them wrapped? Our very shy 7 yr old niece smiled brightly and said yes. As the staff proceeded to wrap the gifts, they complained loud enough for all of us to hear. If you are going to be rude about it, please, next time do not ask a 7 year old if they want their present wrapped.
