  I would NOT recommend purchasing from the Prada boutique at Neiman Marcus. I purchased an item on 12/17 and was told if I changed my mind I needed to bring it back by 1/8. I tried to return 1/7 but was informed the return window closed 12/31. They said I could exchange for something else within Prada but said there was no opportunity to see the new item in advance and that it would be final sale. (Chanel items were returnable through 1/8 so the Prada policy was more restrictive than that).

  I purchased my first pair of Prada sunglasses here not even a month ago as a birthday present for myself. The sales associate sold me a defective pair but I didn't realize until after I bought them and I had been traveling so I couldn't go in and get them exchanged. I only wore the sunglasses twice before I realized the triangle on the side of the frame on the right side was loose and moves. When I went in yesterday and explained my situation, the sales associate girl was SO RUDE to me and refused me help me. It was their mistake but they can't help? How does that make sense? You can bet I am NEVER purchasing anything from here again. The worst customer service help I had ever gotten!
