    From the moment I walked into Tiffany's Northbrook with my sister and mom, Rachel made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and cared for. I had never gone engagement ring shopping before, and honestly had no idea where to even begin, but Rachel was beyond patient, kind, and thoughtful every step of the way. She gently guided me through trying on all different styles and cuts, encouraging me to explore until I found what truly felt like me. When I fell in love with an emerald cut diamond, Rachel didn’t hesitate. She went above and beyond to source several beautiful options from across the country, making it possible for me to see and try them on in person. What made the experience even more special was Rachel’s genuine passion and care. She took the time to explain what to consider when choosing a ring, offered advice that was both honest and helpful, and introduced me to wedding bands that would pair beautifully with the engagement ring I had my heart set on. The rings themselves were absolutely breathtaking, but it was Rachel’s warmth, knowledge, and dedication that made this experience something I’ll never forget. She truly brought my Tiffany engagement ring dream to life, and I cannot thank her enough.     I've been visiting this store since last year. I always receive good service, and the products are all nicely displayed, and the staffs are always nice. The best staff I definitely call is Rachel.She exactly knows what is good for each customer! I highly recommend this for dazzling jewelry!

    My wife lost one of her tiffany earrings , the Northbrook store sent the one earring to new York to pair it up with a identical one and cleaned the old one and receive both back within 7days.
