  Joy and the team at this location are amazing! Joy always remembers me when I visit and is always so kind and helpful. The staff here really know their stuff when it comes to bras and shapewear. The staff has patiently remeasured me and helped me pick more supportive styles on several occasions. Please keep up the great work!

  I usually have a decent experience but on 11/24/25 I rcvd a call from this store telling me my pick-up order was about to be sent back because it'd been there for a week. I explained to the lady that tracking showed my order delivered 11/24/25 and she said that it could have been multiple shipments. She said she couldn't see any other items for me besides the order she had and that the delivery from the morning hadn't been checked in but they were gonna do it soon. I told her I'd be there in about an hr. I arrived about 4:30pm to pick up the package. She told me they STILL hadn't checked in my order from that morning. The other associate was standing at the register area actively checking in the orders. There were maybe 20-30 packages. All she had to do was look through the packages for my remaining items. SHE DID NOT! Instead I had to leave the store with only the 1 item that they threatened to send back. I also was not offered the opportunity to shop for 1 item at 50% off like I normally am when I pick-up an order. I was told the 1 package came directly from their store and that's why it had been sitting for a while. They picked it and had it ready the same day I ordered it. Great, now put it to the side and wait for my remaining items to get there instead of calling me, to tell me it's gonna be shipped back, putting me in a panic. WHERE EXACTLY IS IT SHIPPING TO IF IT WAS PICKED FROM THE STORE?!!! Once I told the associate my other items were delivered that day, she should have offered to hold the "expired" item. After I left the store, ABOUT 20 MIN LATER I received an email notification that my order was ready for pick-up 🤦🏾‍♀️. I was already en route back home. Why couldn't the associates have given me my complete order while I was there?! I should not have to make 2 separate trips to pick up a store order. The point of getting the items shipped to the store is convenience. Nothing about this was convenient. Now I have to make my way back to North Riverside before they call and threaten to send my items back again. If corporate is reading, my order # is OLBW234998000. Hopefully, this can be used as a training opportunity.

  The associate Joy helped me have a lovely experience with my bra fitting. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable and overall was wonderful!

  Poor customer service went in for a return from another lane Bryant location and I got the comment from the red hair cashier that “ I should of taken it back to the store I got it from” she must have a lot of work to do at this location aren’t all lane Bryant stores all the same company? Regardless never coming back
