- SRSiarhei RzheutskiMar 20, 20261.0I’ve been a regular customer at Express Factory Outlet and usually have a good experience, but this last situation was very disappointing. Like many people, I don’t always have time to try everything on in-store, so I sometimes purchase items and try them at home. During my most recent visit, I bought several items, including a pair of jeans that unfortunately didn’t fit. When I returned to the store with the receipt and within the allowed return period, I was refused a refund. I was told that the jeans were part of a promotion and therefore non-returnable. The problem is — no one mentioned this at the time of purchase. What made the situation worse was the response from the supervisor, Danny. I was told that they don’t inform every customer about these conditions because there are too many people. That is simply not acceptable. Customers should always be clearly informed about final sale items before purchasing. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I expect more transparency and professionalism from a brand like this. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve communication with customers in the future.

They some nice flannels that got my attention, but I was looking for a certain size 2X . And they did have a 2X and a certain color but I was just looking around if they had 2X in other colors . Until very young employee came up to me with a very rude attitude look like he was bother I was not making a mess.I was just looking for the size . I responded to him. Yes, I’m looking for 2x he responded that we only carry small to extra large. After his response, that really annoyed me because before he came up to me, I found a 2X. so the fact that he lied to me, he couldn’t at least help me look for something else that’s 2X cause I know they have 2X . This store should really hire people that are willing to help. He was also dresses like a High schooler not professionally or casually.
