- SHSandra HarrisJan 17, 20262.0I am a frequent shopper at Lane Bryant; in person as well.as online. I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years. As such, I have seen the trends change regarding sales policy, merchandise styles etc., This review is to express my utter disappointment with an experience i had in the evening of January 16, 2026. I went into the store to pick up an order that was previously placed there. Upon entry, I also saw posted signage that there was a 40% off clearance which was stackable with Lane Style Cash, citing an option to obtain an additional 20% off if you didn't use it. I decided to purchase a Live top that was final sale, along with a bra that was priced 19.99. The sales associate informed me that the proice adjustment was not valid on the bra, as it was a doorbuster. I stated to her that the full-price bras were. At that point, an employee by the name of Carol stated ( to me) that " the 19.99 bras are not part of the Lane Style Cash, otherwise we'd be selling you a bra for like 12.00." She then told tbe cashier to override the system and honor it. She proceeded to make a phone call, but addressed me as she was doing so, on future visits not to expect to purchase 19.99 bras with Land Syle Cash, as I had gotten a deal THAT day! She was quite dismissive in her speech, and as I attempted a reply, she pointed to the phone to inform that she was on a call. I did not take kindly to her condescending ending manner, and expressed to her that she shouldn''t have directed her conversation to me, knowing that she was on a call. I was very displeased, and she uttered a clipped "I apologize". At that point I informed the cashier that I wanted to return both items, as I would forgo the "DEAL" that was so graciously extended. I found her treatment positively deplorable and void of any level of customer service skill.
