He asked if we needed anything so we asked where the children’s section was, he very matter of factly states they don’t have one anymore and everything needs to be purchased online. Okay, the tone was not necessary but I still wanted a coat so when I found a coat I liked I simply asked for clarification if the price listed on the coat was already with the 50%. Again met with an air of “what a stupid question of course not” (he didn’t actually say that but it was the implied tone” at that point I decided to take my business elsewhere. As someone who’s worked in sales the last 14 years, an improvement in the tone used will Make all the difference in the world.

There are lots of bargains. The dressing rooms are excellent. A good size room with a door and chair inside. The staff keeps them clean and tidy.
