  Susan and Laury at Candlelight Jewelers are amazing. My sister and I stopped by with two of my mother’s rings to have new pieces created for my mom to gift to her granddaughters and daughters. Susan was beyond patient with the process. She took our ideas and expanded on them offering several designs that really gave us several choices in our price range. We couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Candlelight Jewelers!

  My fiancé and I worked with Susan at Candlelight Jewelers to design my engagement ring and the experience was exceptional! Susan worked closely with us to tweak design details, choose stones for the setting and helped guide us through the whole process seamlessly. Candlelight does beautiful work and will make your thoughts come to life!

  I went in to ask about repairing a necklace. I was first told it wasn’t worth fixing and to buy a new one, then told to come back in an hour because he might be able to repair it. When I returned three hours later, he hadn’t looked at it and asked me to come back yet again. When I declined, he became upset and practically threw the necklace back at me. To make matters worse, he also commented that he “liked my jeans,” which felt inappropriate. I only have one day off and could have gone elsewhere for the repair. This was disappointing, especially given the store’s good reputation.

  My experience with Susan and Candlelight jewelers in Niles was exceptional. I bought my wife’s wedding ring here eight years ago. Traded that ring in and doubled it’s size. I did this without walking into the store. We exchange pictures we exchanged text in this transaction. Went off without any issues whatsoever. We’re impressed with finished product. Wife is happy with the new ring And I can’t speak highly enough About how Susan went about taking care of this all over a long distance situation. Our family has been doing business with Candlelight for many many years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And once again, thanks to the crew Susan, in particular Laurie for taking care of us and Duplicating Christy’s ring. Great job five stars for sure

  I went to get watch batteries replaced. The saleswoman was rude and disrespectful. It was like she was doing me a favor by talking I do not recommend anyone to go here.
