  Used Schultz Florist for the first time today. I work at a floral shop in another state and they use the same web software we do, so I knew how easy it would be to place an order online! I am slightly disappointed in the final arrangement, though. I understand inventory varies all the time in this industry, but I would’ve liked for them to keep the variety shown in the online photo as far as the amount of premium florals. For the final arrangement my mother received, I expected more florals + color. But the same day delivery is always a huge plus! I will continue to use them in the future.

  I was quite disappointed. The arrangement I ordered was delivered for a wake on Friday and by the time I saw the arrangement at 5pm Friday evening, all of the flowers at the top had wilted. For nearly $300, I would have expected better quality. I ordered a red, white, and blue arrangement for a veteran's funeral. I had upgraded the basic arrangement and asked for a couple of white lilies to be added, and emphasized the importance of maintaining the patriotic red, white, and blue. They added the lilies, but they seemed to do so at the expense of the blue flowers that were in the arrangement. So the arrangement ended up being almost entirely red and white. On top of that, the blue flowers were the ones that were the most wilted, so they just drooped out from the top of the arrangement, looking like they were a mistake in the first place. Very disappointing. I didn't feel comfortable taking a picture of the arrangement because they were placed right next to the casket, but I wish I had a photo to share because they were BAD.
